Description
This module considers why children and young people make complaints and what outcomes they want from the complaints process. Our aim is to enable children to make effective complaints and have them resolved. We summarise the Children Act complaints process and the role of those involved. We identify other legal options for achieving change. We review ways to support children and young people to make a complaint.
